Our story
Why the business exists
It started because getting hold of basic equipment in [Service Area] was harder than it needed to be. Families leaving the hospital were handed a list and no idea where to buy any of it. Small clinics were ordering from cities hours away and waiting a week for a box of gauze.
We began stocking the items people were actually asking for, and quoting them the same day. That part has not changed. What has grown is the range, the delivery area, and the number of institutions that now order from us on a standing schedule.
We are still the size where you can call and reach someone who remembers your last order. We treat that as a feature rather than a stage to grow out of.

We set it up before we leave
Most equipment complaints we investigate turn out to be set-up or technique problems, not faulty units. Ten minutes at handover prevents nearly all of them.
We answer on the same number afterwards
Warranty claims, spare parts, consumables and questions come back to us, in the same store, not to a hotline in another country.

Walk-ins are welcome and no appointment is needed. If you are buying for someone who has just been discharged, bring the hospital list and we will go through it line by line at no charge.

We honor the 20% discount and VAT exemption on qualified medical supplies, accessories and equipment for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability, in accordance with RA 9994 (Expanded Senior Citizens Act) and RA 10754.
Please present a valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID and purchase booklet at the time of purchase. Our staff will compute the discount and issue the proper documentation.
