Products & services
What we carry, and what we do after you buy it.
We stock the items a clinic or a household actually runs out of, and source the larger equipment on request. If you are not sure what you need, describe the situation. That is usually enough for us to point you at the right thing.

Looking for something not listed?
Send a photo of your hospital list, a doctor's recommendation or a model number. We will go through it line by line and tell you what we have, what we can source, and where a cheaper equivalent would do the same job. Send your list.
Brands we work with
The names behind what we stock
We source from established manufacturers and their authorised Philippine distributors. Every device we carry is covered by a valid FDA notification or registration, and we will send you the certificate for a specific item whenever you ask.
Replace each plate with a brand you actually distribute. Only list brands you genuinely carry, and keep the list to medical devices, equipment and consumables. Brand logos may be added later if the manufacturer permits their use.
Services
What is included, at no extra cost
Anyone can hand you a box. These are the parts that decide whether the equipment gets used properly.
Free quotation and sourcing
Send an item, a model number, a hospital list or a description of the problem. You get a written quotation with item, specification, warranty and price, usually the same business day, including lower-cost equivalents where they exist. Formal quotations for procurement and canvass are available.
Free demo, set-up and fitting
On delivery we assemble, test and demonstrate the unit with the person who will use it. Mobility aids are adjusted to the actual user rather than handed over at factory settings.
Delivery and installation
Scheduled delivery across [Service Area], with installation for hospital beds, oxygen concentrators and clinic equipment. Nationwide shipping on request for items that travel safely.
After-sales, warranty and resupply
We coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer, supply replacement parts, and keep you stocked on tubing, masks, cuffs, filters and test strips. Defective or non-conforming items are returned or replaced in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and the applicable warranty.
Bulk and institutional supply
Volume pricing, standing reorder schedules and complete paperwork for clinics, hospitals, birthing homes, schools, barangay health stations and LGU procurement, including device certificates on request.
Senior Citizen and PWD assistance
We compute the 20% discount and VAT exemption on qualified medical supplies, accessories and equipment under RA 9994 and RA 10754, and complete the purchase booklet entries for you.
Equipment advice for home care
A free, no-obligation conversation about what a household actually needs before spending money. Bring the discharge list and we will say what is essential, what can wait, and what you can skip. This is equipment advice, not medical advice.
Before you come in
What to bring
- The hospital list or your doctor's recommendation. A photo on your phone is fine, and it removes all the guesswork.
- The patient's height and weight. Needed to size wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and beds correctly.
- The old unit, or a photo of its label. The model number is the fastest way to match tubing, masks, cuffs and strips.
- Senior Citizen or PWD ID and purchase booklet. Required by law before we can apply the 20% discount and VAT exemption.
- Purchase order or authority to purchase. For institutional accounts, so we can issue the correct documents.
No surprises
What to expect
- A straight answer on availability
If we do not have it, we say so and give a realistic sourcing time.
- Options at more than one price point
Where a lower-cost equivalent does the same job, we show you both and explain the difference.
- A written quotation
Item, specification, price and warranty in writing, valid for [X] days. Nothing is charged through this website.
- Set-up before we leave
For major units we do not consider the sale done until the person using it has tried it in front of us.
Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment needed.
